What You'll Do
- Consistently deliver dishes that meet CCC's standards for quality, cost, eye appeal, and flavor.
- Collaborate with dining service personnel during daily line-ups.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and issuing food items.
- Check mise en place before service and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen to standard.
- Contribute to the production of daily specials and menu changes.
- Recommend maintenance and upkeep needs for kitchen equipment.
- Work across all kitchen stations with confidence.
- Lead the creative process in menu specials.
- Apply knowledge of food costing, scheduling, and ordering procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in sauté, broiler, modern cooking, and plating techniques.
- 5 years of cooking experience in a resort, hotel, or high-volume restaurant (preferred).
- 2 years in a lead line cook or similar leadership role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- ServSafe certification.
- Flexible schedule, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
