- Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
- Respond to IT support requests from employees and provide timely resolution for computer-related issues, such as software malfunctions, network connectivity problems, and hardware failures.
- Diagnosing and troubleshoot technical problems, both remotely and on-site, and offer effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist users in setting up and configuring software applications, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Set up new computers, laptops, phones, and other IT equipment according to company standards and user requirements.
- Install and configure software applications, email accounts, and network access for new hires.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, antivirus scans, and system optimization.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate records of equipment and licenses.
