THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN OFFICE COORDINATOR
This is a full-time, on-site role. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for 40 hours per week.
Each day as an Office Coordinator, you will support the team with various administrative and hospitality tasks. You will manage calendars, help prepare reports and materials for councils and commissions, and professionally handle phone calls, emails, and incoming mail. You will oversee office supply inventory, subscriptions, and data entry, as well as coordinate mission appeals, mailings, and event logistics. Hospitality will be a significant focus of your day, as you ensure the HCMC lounge is welcoming and stocked, assist international visitors with lodging, transportation, and orientation, and support guests' travel and licensing needs. You will also help plan and implement special events and navigate the University's or Province's logistics to support those efforts.
OUR IDEAL OFFICE COORDINATOR
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of similar experience
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for job-related transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media
- Familiarity with the Roman Catholic Church and clergy
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information
Preferred:
- Experience with DonorPerfect or website content management systems
- Ability to speak and read Spanish
