Congregation Har Shalom, a vibrant, multi-generational Conservative synagogue of approximately 725 member families, is seeking a full time administrative assistant to support our clergy team (two rabbis and one cantor).
Job responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments and managing clergy calendars
- Handling phone calls and correspondence in a professional, warm, inviting manner
- Administrative support for lifecycle functions, B’nai Mitzvah, and religious holidays
- Gathering resources for classes, presentations, sermons, etc.,
- Supporting synagogue administrative team when needed.
Qualifications include:

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
