Join Our Team!
The Early Childhood Center at Congregation Beth El is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and experienced Lead Transitional Two's Teacher to join our growing school community.
Our Transitional Two's classroom serves children who are developmentally ready to move beyond the traditional toddler classroom while preparing for a successful transition into our Two-Year-Old Program. We are looking for a teacher who understands the unique developmental needs of this age group and can create a warm, engaging, and play-based learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
At the ECC, we believe children learn best through relationships, exploration, purposeful play, and meaningful experiences. We are proud to foster a collaborative, supportive culture where teachers are respected as professionals and encouraged to grow.
As a Jewish early childhood program, we thoughtfully weave Jewish values, traditions, holidays, music, and community experiences into everyday learning. We welcome educators who are excited to embrace this important part of our school community while helping every child develop kindness, empathy, respect, and a strong sense of belonging.
