Full-Time Custodian - Lofts of Mount Washington & South Hills Retirement Residence
Join our team keeping these communities safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Custodian who takes pride in a well-run property - and if you're comfortable with basic emergency maintenance, there's a pay bump for joining our on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning, janitorial work, ground maintenance, and minor repairs
- Clear snow from entrances and sidewalks; assist with mowing, trimming, and general landscaping as needed
- Monitor trash areas, transport trash to the chute, and swap dumpsters as needed
Qualifications
- Valid PA Driver's License required
- Prior experience in building/grounds maintenance or janitorial work preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortably bend, stoop, climb, and reach throughout the day
Compensation & Benefits
- $16–$18/hour, based on experience and on-call availability
