We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives within the Financial Services domain. This role requires strong expertise in business change (non-Data/Tech focused), governance, and stakeholder management across complex organizations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise transformation programs across business, operations, and technology teams
- Establish and manage program governance frameworks, steering committees, and working groups
- Drive execution strategy, roadmap planning, and agile delivery
- Manage program budget, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across multiple workstreams
- Provide executive-level reporting and communication
- Drive business readiness and change adoption
🔹 Required Skills:
- 10 years of Program/Project Management experience
- Strong background in Financial Services (Banking, Asset Management, Capital Markets)
- Proven experience in enterprise-wide transformation & change management
- Expertise in program governance, PMO, and delivery frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management (senior leadership/CXO level)
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and business case development
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working in matrix organizations
