IT Project Manager – ServiceNow (SNOW) Implementations

Location: Downtown Houston, TX
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Phase 2 Extension)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience managing IT projects and hands-on exposure to ServiceNow module implementations. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating business continuity, ERP resiliency, disaster recovery, AI governance, and vulnerability management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.

• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, status reports, and RAID logs.

• Coordinate business stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, platform architects, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and third-party vendors.

• Manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.

• Facilitate requirements workshops, solution design reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder reviews.

• Coordinate configuration, development, system integration testing, UAT, production deployment, and operational handover.

• Manage business continuity, ERP resiliency, disaster recovery planning, recovery readiness, and DR testing coordination.

• Coordinate ServiceNow AI Control Tower implementation or related AI governance capabilities, including requirements, integrations, testing, and deployment.

• Oversee vulnerability management initiatives, remediation tracking, severity levels, SLAs, exceptions, and closure reporting.

• Coordinate integrations and workflow requirements between ServiceNow and vulnerability scanning or security tools.

• Monitor project progress, escalate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure delivery within agreed scope and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT project management experience.

• Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow module implementations or enhancements.

• Experience with business continuity, ERP resiliency, disaster recovery, or application recovery initiatives.

• Experience with AI governance or ServiceNow AI Control Tower implementations.

• Knowledge of vulnerability management workflows, cybersecurity remediation, and compliance reporting.

• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk and issue tracking, and communication skills.

• Experience coordinating testing, deployment, release readiness, and operational handover.

Mandatory Work Location Requirement

• 100% onsite in Downtown Houston, TX.

• Must start onsite from Day 1.

• Written confirmation of onsite availability is mandatory.

• No remote work or remote exceptions.

Candidates must meet the onsite requirement and have relevant ServiceNow project management experience to be considered.
