Position Summary
We are seeking a senior-level Check Point Firewall Engineer with deep expertise in Check Point Firewalls and Maestro. This is not a general network engineer role—we are looking for a true Check Point Subject Matter Expert (SME) who has extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and supporting large-scale Check Point environments.
Required Skills
- Expert-level experience with Check Point Firewalls (R81 & R82)
- Extensive hands-on experience with Check Point Maestro
- Strong experience supporting Check Point R80.x and above environments
- Firewall policy management, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of enterprise network security architecture
- Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments
- Expertise in VPNs, NAT, routing, high availability, and firewall optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in large enterprise environments
Ideal Candidate
- A true Check Point expert with deep technical knowledge
- Proven experience managing and supporting large-scale Check Point deployments
- Strong expertise in Maestro Hyperscale Network Security
- Capable of serving as the go-to engineer for Check Point technologies
