Congaree Golf Club is seeking a full-time Property & Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Maintain buildings and mechanical systems
- Perform HVAC and refrigeration maintenance
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
- Assist with furniture and equipment moves
- Conduct pest control and preventative maintenance
- Perform general upkeep, landscaping, pressure washing, and assigned tasks
- Conduct building inspections and work assessments
- Maintain inventory of dry split wood
- Plant and manage wildlife food plots
- Support the early-release quail program
- Maintain fire breaks, fencing, roads, and trails
- Assist with controlled burns for wildlife and timber management
- Operate and maintain equipment (tractor, backhoe, etc.)
- Assist with guiding hunts (quail, deer, turkey, boar)
- Communicate effectively with team members
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Service-oriented with a friendly, professional attitude
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, welding, and low-voltage systems
- Experience in building or property maintenance preferred
Requirements
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
