Golf Outside Services (Seasonal)

Position Overview

Congaree Golf Club is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our Outside Services team in a seasonal role running from now through mid-June. This position plays a key role in delivering a first-class experience to our Ambassadors and guests by ensuring all aspects of the golf operation are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Complimentary on-site housing is available for the duration of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage golf carts to club standards daily
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of golf carts, bag room, and staging areas
• Handle member and guest golf bags with care, including loading, unloading, and storage
• Monitor and maintain practice facilities, including range ball supply and cleanliness
• Inspect carts and equipment before and after use
• Assist with member and guest arrivals, departures, and overall flow of play
• Provide transportation support for Ambassadors and guests as needed
• Communicate effectively with the Golf Shop and professional staff
• Support tournaments, outings, and special events
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold all club standards and policies

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
