Job Description: Feeder Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Feeder Associate to support daily warehouse and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assigning trailers to drivers, entering operational information into computer systems, tracking time cards, and maintaining accurate reports and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign trailers to drivers and enter related information into the system.
• Enter and maintain employee time-card information accurately.
• Review trailer schedules and volume forecasts to support daily operations.
• Maintain operational reports, records, and databases.
• Support daily transportation and warehouse activities.
• Work outdoors when required in various weather conditions, including extreme cold, heat, rain, and snow.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate clothing for outdoor work.

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and accurate data-entry abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to support daily operational needs in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, transportation, logistics, or administrative support is a plus.
