We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to serve as an owner's representative, managing design and construction projects across a national portfolio within the Health, Science, and Manufacturing sectors. This role requires expertise in Boiler & HVAC systems, construction estimating, and large-scale program rollouts. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to travel nationally (35–50%) to support project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple construction projects from planning through execution as the owner's representative.
- Develop project plans, cost estimates, and logic-based schedules.
- Manage project scope, requirements gathering, design reviews, and construction activities.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to support design and construction tendering.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings while driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
- Utilize Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and support documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10 years of Construction Project Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Boiler & HVAC systems and construction estimating.
- Experience managing large-scale projects in the Health, Science, or Manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic AutoCAD skills are preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel nationally up to 35–50%.
