Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Phlebotomist / Lab Assistant to support laboratory operations and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and draw blood specimens from patients accurately and safely.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures while following established clinical and safety protocols.
- Properly label, handle, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Assist laboratory staff with daily clinical and administrative activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable healthcare and laboratory standards.
- Provide professional and compassionate patient service during specimen collection.
Schedule Requirements
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
- Rotating shifts
- Weekends required/inclusive
- Must be flexible to work assigned rotating schedules.
Required Qualification
- Active Hawaii State License is required.
- Previous phlebotomy/specimen collection experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical laboratory environment.
