We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Test Professional to support verification and validation of advanced imaging systems in a hands-on lab environment. This role focuses on SPECT and SPECT/CT systems, applying clinical expertise to testing, defect analysis, and product improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Software Engineering, and Product Management to ensure high-quality deliverables and system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual Verification & Validation (V&V) testing on nuclear medicine systems and applications
- Execute and support testing of SPECT/SPECT-CT acquisitions and workflows
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects using standard defect tracking tools
- Analyze system requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with specifications
- Support software installation, configuration, and quality control calibration
- Troubleshoot lab systems and maintain clinical-like prototype environments
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Software, and Product teams on testing and defect resolution
- Analyze customer feedback and support complaint investigations
- Report testing progress, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
- Strong clinical experience with SPECT and SPECT/CT systems
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine protocols and CT imaging
- Hands-on experience with Quality Control (QC) procedures and radioactive material handling
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, test processes, and validation standards
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
