What You’ll Do
- Identify client insurance needs within a broader financial planning framework
- Source and develop new client relationships through strategic prospecting and referrals
- Design and implement insurance solutions across life, health, and related products
- Manage client policies with a high level of service and attention to detail
- Collaborate with advisors to integrate insurance into comprehensive wealth strategies
- Navigate regulatory requirements with precision and professionalism
What You Bring
- Strong foundation in insurance products and sales
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence
- A relationship-first mindset with a high standard of client service
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a hybrid environment
- Experience in financial services is a strong advantage
