Required Technical Skills:
- Mandatory Certification:
- ✅ Workday Integration HCM Certification (must be active and verifiable).
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Workday Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio, and Workday Extend
- HCM / HR modules integration and business process configuration
- Integration Security: X.509, PGP, SSH
- Document Transformation: XSLT / XSLTT
- Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST APIs)
- Solid understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields, and Integration Architecture.
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, WSDL, XPath, and related technologies.
- Experience supporting or implementing Workday PRISM Analytics (preferred).
