About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect / Technical Lead to drive end-to-end solutioning and technical delivery for enterprise healthcare implementations. This role demands a strong blend of hands-on development, architecture, and DevOps governance within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically in Health Cloud and Life Sciences domain.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, lead integrations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, including architecture and solution design
- Design and manage Health Cloud data models (Patients, Care Programs, Enrollees, etc.)
- Configure Health Cloud Console, case management (Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case), and workflows
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git and Salesforce DevOps tools
- Govern release management lifecycle (sandbox strategy, deployments, version control)
- Drive integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft
- Implement event-driven architectures (CDC, Platform Events)
- Ensure code quality, security, and compliance through best practices and reviews
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Mentor development teams and enforce coding and DevOps standards
- Manage production support, incident resolution, and performance optimization
