Cloud Service Delivery Manager (Technical + Project Management)

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of IT experience with 5 years managing cloud service delivery.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.

  • Experience managing enterprise cloud infrastructure, production operations, and support teams.

  • Proven project management experience delivering infrastructure or cloud transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar project/service management tools.

Salary : $60 - $65
