What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Deployment Specialist - Deductions position at Confido?
Confido is the AI infrastructure powering CPG brands from deduction to production plan. We unify cash application, deductions, disputes, trade promotion management, forecasting, demand planning, and analytics in one integrated platform. The result: measurable time savings, smarter top- and bottom-line decisions, and the speed to scale.
Confido is trusted by 200 brands managing $20B in revenue, including OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, Tropicana, and more.
We’ve achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $15M Series A led by Footwork Ventures and Y Combinator to accelerate our momentum.
The Role
The deductions and chargebacks space is notoriously manual, fragmented, and painful for CPG suppliers to manage. Confido is building the software to automate the disputes process from end to end.
This role will serve as the connection between our customers, our product, and the market. That means building the internal processes and documentation that keep the team aligned, staying close to customers to understand what they need and ensuring they're getting value from the product, and keeping a pulse on the market to inform where we're headed.
The role blends operational rigor with commercial curiosity, with a direct line into what gets built. You will report directly to the Product Lead for Disputes.
