Accounting Manager | South Hills Pittsburgh | Hybrid
I'm working with one of the largest healthcare systems in the South Hills of Pittsburgh that is looking to add an Accounting Manager due to growth.
Compensation: $100K-$120K base (annual increases, no bonus)
Hybrid: 3 days in office (flexible on which days)
Team: Manage 5 direct reports with potential to come in at a higher level for the right candidate.
Key Requirements: 5 years of accounting experience
- Prior management experience
- Strong GL and month-end close experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Accounting degree required)
Nice to Have: CPA. Healthcare or nonprofit experience. Audit background
Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
- Ensure GAAP compliance across the organization
- Manage annual audits and Form 990 preparation
- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
- Prepare and review complex financial analyses and reports
- Identify and implement process improvements
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
