Job Title: Swimming Pool Service Technician
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performing pool openings, closings, and routine maintenance and repairs. As a Lead Technician, you will oversee field operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and mentor junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pool Openings and Closings:
- Perform professional pool openings, including cover removal, equipment inspection, chemical balancing, and startup procedures.
- Execute efficient pool closings, including winterizing equipment, cover installation, and securing pool components.
2. Routine Maintenance:
- Conduct regular pool maintenance visits, including water chemistry testing and adjustments, vacuuming, skimming, and cleaning pool surfaces.
- Perform filter cleaning and maintenance, equipment inspections, and repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with pumps, heaters, filters, and other pool equipment.
- Liner Installations
- Previous experience installing above-ground and inground swimming pool liners is highly preferred
4. Customer Service:
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of services performed and recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Job Requirements:

Required Experience:
· Minimum 1 year in pool service, openings, closings, and maintenance.
o Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and water chemistry.
o Experience diagnosing/troubleshooting pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems.
o Independent worker with mechanical aptitude.
Job Requirements:
- Independent problem solver, self-motivated, disciplined, self-starter.
- Plumbing and/or electrical experience preferred.
- Record of timely and consistent attendance required
