Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage store staff during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all operational needs.
- Assist with budgeting processes and monitor expenses to maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for sales growth and operational efficiency.
Skills
