A growing company in the hospitality sector, is seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Human Resources to join the Executive Leadership Team in Plano, TX.
This is a pivotal role for a leader who thrives in high-growth environment and has the ability to transform HR into a true strategic business partner while remaining hands-on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the companywide HR function as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership.
- Elevate the department from transactional to strategic, while maintaining a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
- Evaluate, modernize, and optimize HR systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of a 401(k) program.
- Build, scale, and oversee key HR areas, including: talent acquisition and retention, benefits administration, compensation programs (MBOs, bonus plan), performance management, early-career training programs, employee relations and compliance.
- Grow and develop the HR team (future hires may include a Recruiter and HR Generalist).
Core Competencies:
- Strategic HR leader with a practical, hands-on leadership style.
- Proven track record leading full-cycle HR in founder-led and high-growth settings.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with in-the-weeds execution.
Preferred Background & Experience:
- Industry expertise in restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment, with experience managing multi-location operations.
- Strong background supporting a largely non-exempt workforce.
- Experience supporting California-based employees and deep knowledge of state labor laws.
- HRIS implementation experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated career stability and progression.
- Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to connect with both corporate leadership and field teams.
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and engaged demeanor.
Salary : $225,000 - $250,000
