Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Customer Experience Manager to lead revenue growth and deliver exceptional client support within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence while collaborating cross functionally with internal teams.
The ideal candidate will balance strategic sales execution with hands-on customer engagement, playing a key role in driving profitability, retention, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Drive new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics
- Analyze sales data and pipeline activity to forecast performance
Customer Experience & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues while maintaining strong client satisfaction
- Communicate service updates, operational changes, and follow ups to customers
- Build long term partnerships focused on trust, responsiveness, and value
Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer activity, and service outcomes
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to align goals
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and internal workflows
- Research industry trends and best practices to improve client communication and service delivery
- Balance company guidelines with customer needs when making decisions
Additional Duties
- Provide support to operational and customer service teams as needed

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in business-to-business sales
- Experience managing client relationships in a service-based or commercial environment
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Exceptional customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle and resolve conflict professionally and decisively
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable
