Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Full or Part Time
Location: Central Minnesota (serving the greater Monticello / Clearwater / Becker area)

What You'll Do
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
- Take and review dental X-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Conduct oral cancer screenings and note findings for the dentist
- Chart patient records accurately using our practice management software
- Work closely with dentists and the front office team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
What We're Looking For
- Active Minnesota RDH license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication skills and a warm, patient-first attitude
- Attention to detail and solid clinical technique
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative practice setting
