Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving growth in the healthcare technology sector. Experience in cardiac rhythm management sales is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Octagos Health’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Travel: Travel to client locations as needed to build and strengthen relationships and close sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 5 -10 years of sales experience, with a necessary focus on cardiac rhythm management / electrophysiology sales.
