We're searching for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of conventional apartment communities. This is an opportunity to join a stable, growing organization where your leadership will directly impact property performance, team development, and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead the operational and financial performance of multiple apartment communities
- Coach, mentor, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams
- Analyze budgets, financials, and key performance metrics to drive results
- Conduct property visits, identify opportunities, and implement strategic action plans
- Build strong relationships with ownership and leadership through proactive communication
- Ensure exceptional resident experiences and operational excellence across the portfolio
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability and success
What We're Looking For
- ✔ 10 years of multifamily apartment industry experience
- 5 years of current Regional or District Manager experience overseeing multiple communities
- Strong financial, operational, and asset management expertise
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience managing conventional apartment communities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Industry certifications (CAPS, CPM, CAM, etc.) and/or a college degree are a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned portfolio
Location: Candidates should reside within reasonable driving distance of the portfolio or be open to relocating.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
