What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing & Inventory/Shipping Clerk position at Confidential?
Essential Duties (list not all inclusive)
• Required to analyze and maintain projected inventory levels.
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies in inventory.
• Periodic updates of material price increases in ERP system.
• Create Purchase Orders.
• Schedule inventory pickup and delivery.
• Review Purchase Orders ensuring accuracy before processing with suppliers.
• Review incoming shipment invoices and reconcile against order.
• Off load incoming freight via forklift/palette jack.
• Restock incoming inventory to assigned locations.
• Palletize outgoing shipments.
• Reconcile inventory by performing physical counts.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years in Purchasing/Inventory role
• Fluent in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to excel in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be highly focused on inventory management pertaining to internal CCD sites and external customer satisfaction.
• Analytical and process oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects.
• Available to travel to various customer locations.

Pay range: $20-$25.00 per hour
