Job Summary: We seek a dedicated Prosthodontist to provide specialized care in all-on-four implants and full-mouth rehabilitations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex prosthodontic procedures, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes and a superior patient experience. You will work closely with our team of dental professionals to develop and execute treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic imaging and clinical evaluations, to determine the most effective treatment plans for All-on-Four and full-mouth rehabilitation cases.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement customized prosthodontic treatment plans, including the placement and restoration of dental implants, full mouth rehabilitations, and other advanced prosthodontic solutions.
- Surgical and Restorative Procedures: Perform surgical procedures related to implant placements and restorations, as well as manage complex cases involving full mouth rehabilitations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients about their treatment options, procedures, and post-operative care to ensure they are informed and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of care and ensure all procedures are performed following established protocols and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest prosthodontics and implant technology advancements to provide cutting-edge care. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Compensation: We offer a competitive commision scale based on monthly production. This would be a full-time W2 position.
- Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Completion of an advanced prosthodontic residency program.
- Certification: Board certification or eligibility in Prosthodontics preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in prosthodontics with a strong focus on All-on-Four implants and full mouth rehabilitations. Proven track record of successful outcomes in complex prosthodontic cases.
- Skills: Excellent clinical skills with proficiency in implant placement, prosthetic restorations, and complex case management. Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.
- Patient-Centric: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to build rapport and provide compassionate care.
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with digital dental technology, including CAD/CAM systems and 3D imaging.
- Willingness to travel to locations in the Denver metro area and Colorado Springs on as as-needed basis
