We’re looking for a rockstar Property Manager who knows how to lead, drive results, and build a winning culture.
What You’ll Do
This role is about ownership. You run the asset like it’s yours.
- Drive leasing and marketing to hit and exceed occupancy goals
- Lead daily operations — maintenance, resident experience, and team performance
- Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team
- Own the numbers: budgets, reporting, and financial performance
- Execute renewal strategies and keep residents happy and staying
- Uphold the Kahuna standard across the entire property
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of property management experience (student housing preferred)
- Proven track record of crushing occupancy and revenue goals
- Experience with Entrata (preferred, not required)
- Strong leadership presence — you hold the standard and elevate your team
- Highly organized, accountable, and results-driven
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $63,000 – $70,500
- Performance Bonuses (you win, you get paid)
- Trip to Hawaii for top performers
