What You'll Do
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the community by leading daily operations, maximizing financial performance, and creating an exceptional experience for residents and your team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of leasing and maintenance professionals.
- 5 years experience
- Lead by example while fostering a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture.
- Drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth.
- Oversee leasing, renewals, resident relations, marketing initiatives, budgeting, collections, and financial reporting.
- Manage capital improvement projects and assist with the continued lease-up of newly constructed homes.
- Maintain exceptional curb appeal and community standards.
- Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, and corporate leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operations, resident satisfaction, and overall property performance.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
