Position Available: Property Manager
We are seeking an organized and friendly Property Manager for a Senior & Family property. Our company is highly regarded in the affordable housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively.
- Oversee administrative and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to lease agreements and house rules.
- Maintain the property's appearance and curb appeal.
- Manage rental collections and track tenant arrears; follow up as necessary.
- Coordinate property unit turnovers and work with maintenance for move-out inspections.
- Ensure optimal occupancy and manage the waitlist.
- Collaborate with local, state, and federal officials for inspections.
- Assist with operational tasks to maintain workflow and schedules.
- Communicate any operational issues to management.
- Work with Asset Management and contractors on property upgrades and renovations.
- Ensure maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
- HUD experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in affordable housing programs and subsidies.
- Positive attitude and focus on resident satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite/RealPage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
