What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre Litigation Paralegl position at Confidential?
Immediate hire for F/T Plaintiffs Pre-Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of personal injury experience. Candidate will manage a case load in an independent manner although all files have attorney/supervisor assigned for overview. Great organizational skills; diary/follow up on medical treatment. Must have excellent grammar and communication skills and must be able to prepare and submit settlement memos. Spanish speaking a plus. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, Work, WP, Outlook and tech savy. Time Matters experience a plus. The right candidate should be able to follow direction as well as work independently.
