Job Summary
Plumbing Service Manager
Coordinates projects and the scheduling of the field staff. Skillfully evaluates each customers call for their severity, needs or concerns and couples them with the appropriate field staff. Keeping a watchful eye on the GPS tracking system and is always aware of the location of each field staff member. As priorities quickly change, so does the scheduling. All the meanwhile, writing project reports and estimates.
The necessary smooth handling of the daily tasks requires accuracy and a detailed transfer of information while understanding there is little time to do so.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must possess extensive plumbing industry experience
- Must possess general computer skills and experience.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and programs.
- Conduct follow-up calls or correspondence with customers to determine their level of satisfaction.
- Excellent English writing and verbal skills.
- Systematically and diligently work to meet department and company goals.
- Able to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
- Able to maintain an effective working relationship with employees, customers and industry partners.
- Represent the company at all times with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualities:
- Bilingual in Spanish is helpful but not required.
- Must have great communication and customer service skills.
- 5-10 years' min. experience within the plumbing or service industry and preferably in commercial construction plumbing.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must be able to coordinate employees and clients efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
