Looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst / Payroll Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in:
- End-to-end payroll processing within a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Deep knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, wage and hour laws
- Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven payroll cycles with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in automated payroll systems (preferably UKG or similar enterprise platforms), comfortable producing payroll reports and data feeds, and capable of troubleshooting payroll discrepancies independently.
- Understand payroll audits, year-end processes (including W-2s), and system testing or enhancements.
- Confidential data handling and data integrity are core competencies.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
