We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sweeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of sweeping equipment to maintain cleanliness in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties
- Operate sweeping equipment, including but not limited to trucks, blowers and hand tools.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of sweeping machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform additional sweeping tasks as needed in areas that require detailed cleaning; blowing sidewalks, emptying trash cans and other cleaning tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and any issues encountered during operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or certifications related to driving and equipment operation.
