We’re a busy internal medicine practice seeking a skilled, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. Flexible scheduling .Must be willing to travel between two nearby clinic locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose conditions, order/interpret tests, and prescribe medications (DEA required)
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians
- Provide patient education, follow-up care, and coordinate referrals
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinic protocols
Qualifications
- Current NP license in NJ and certification as Family/Adult-Gerontology/Adult Nurse Practitioner
- DEA registration and current CPR/BLS
- Minimum [1–2] years outpatient/internal medicine experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel between two clinic sites
