What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in our diverse community.
• Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC).
• Actively pursuing or holding LCSW or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for serving diverse populations and making a difference.
