A growing, multi-location organization is seeking a talented Marketing & Social Media Specialist who can create, execute, and measure work that gets attention-and results.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable developing content, capturing photos and video, writing strong copy, supporting campaigns, and reviewing performance data. We are looking for a creative self-starter who moves quickly, stays organized, and takes pride in producing excellent work--all while having fun with our amazing team.
What You Will Do
- Create and manage content across social media and digital channels
- Shoot and edit short-form video and photography
- Write engaging, on-brand copy
- Support internal and external campaigns, events, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Create and update digital and print marketing materials
- Review analytics and recommend ways to improve performance
- Travel periodically to capture content and support multiple locations
- Collaborate across departments to support and execute company-wide projects
- Take ownership of projects and jump in wherever marketing support is needed
What We Are Looking For
- Two to four years of marketing, social media, or content experience
- A strong portfolio of work
- Excellent writing, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong ownership of administrative responsibilities with excellent time management skills
- Experience with Canva and social media platforms
- Ability to create and edit video independently
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and genuine desire to grow
- Experience in hospitality, property management, real estate highly preferred
- Eperience with CRM software or a similar platform highly preferred
****Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, paid social media, websites, email marketing, or multi-location brands is a plus.
Compensation
- $60,000–$70,000 base salary annual bonus opportunity
