Make Ready Technician

Job Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Apartment Make-Ready Technician to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and creating a comfortable, safe environment for our residents. From routine maintenance to tackling unexpected repairs, you’ll be a key part of making sure our property stays in top shape. You'll also play a big role in getting apartments ready for new residents, handling everything from paint touch-ups to appliance installations.

Responsibilities

• Take care of Make Ready tasks, including:
• Painting walls and trim
• Drywall repairs
• Installing or repairing appliances
• Replacing light fixtures, hardware, and other items to prepare units for new residents
• Stay on top of preventative maintenance to help avoid future issues.
• Keep clear and accurate records of work completed and parts used.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to complete tasks efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
• Basic residential painting and drywall repair skills.
• Good communication skills—able to speak and write clearly in English.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to jump in where needed and take ownership of your work.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
