We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to work part time.
Snapshot of responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant units so they are ready for occupancy including refurbishing and painting
- Perform assigned maintenance of the housing community.
- Perform general maintenance and repair on all areas of the property, including custodial functions, lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, plumbing, minor appliance repair and electrical work.
- Occasional on call schedule for special needs and emergencies.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in a multi-family housing environment.
- Proficient with apartment turns.
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing experience a plus.
