What You'll Do
- Lead and complete residential HVAC installations, including change-outs and new systems
- Lead a 2-person installation crew
- Run jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Complete same-day change-outs independently when required
- Work alongside and guide a helper/installer
- Ensure equipment and materials are properly installed according to company standards
- Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Represent the company positively throughout each installation
- Follow safety procedures and manufacturer specifications
- Complete required installation paperwork and documentation
- Take ownership of job quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous Lead Installer or crew-lead experience preferred
- Ability to independently complete residential change-outs
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices
- Ability to lead and work effectively with a helper
- Strong leadership and accountability mindset
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional communication and customer-service skills

- Own basic HVAC installation hand tools
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
