What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer $32-45 Guaranteed 40hrs/week position at Confidential?
No slow season. No sitting at home. Guaranteed work 12 months a year.
Tired of the HVAC roller coaster? Slammed in July, laid off in November, waiting on a call that comes back in April? That doesn't happen here.
Air Blue has been serving Chicagoland for over 25 years, and we've built a business that keeps our installers busy every single month. Residential replacements, light commercial rooftops, new construction, multi-family projects, and a service department that feeds installs all winter long. When other shops are cutting hours, our trucks are still rolling out full every morning.
We are guaranteeing to keep you busy. Full-time hours, year-round, with a steady paycheck you can plan your life around.
Who we are
A family owned and operated company that treats its people like family. We're not a private-equity roll-up or a franchise. The owner knows your name, you're not a number on a dispatch board, and we're determined to see you grow and prosper with us. Our top guys have been here for years, and we promote from within.
What you'll do
Lead residential and light commercial installations: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, ductless systems, and the ductwork, gas, and electrical connections that go with them. You'll run your own truck, lead your helper, and be the face of Air Blue on the job. We do top-level installations only, and we back them with a real warranty, so you'll be working with people who take pride in doing it right.
