Apartment Building Janitor/Porter
Day shift, Full time, Weekends Required.
The Janitor/Porter position ensures the building, grounds, and common areas of the property meet our standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and function.
PAY: $18-$19 per hour.

SCHEDULE: 5 DAYS A WEEK - 4 days during the week and 1 day during the weekend (REQUIRED).
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 8:00am to 5:00pm (hour lunch)
Tuesdays or Thursdays 8:00am to 5:00pm (hour lunch)
Saturdays or Sundays 8:00am to 5:00pm (hour lunch)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all common areas of the property including lobbies, hallways, floors, carpet, elevators, stairways, windows and other common areas through daily washing, waxing, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal.
Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of exterior grounds including, but not limited to parking lot, parking garage, and pool area.
Responsible for property functions including cleaning trash chutes and moving garbage dumpsters.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, offices, break rooms, amenities, tenant facilities, and other areas.
Perform cleaning and trash-out duties of vacated spaces on an as-needed basis and transfer to dumpster or other trash collection area as directed.
Assist team in snow removal as needed.
Monitor the property for safety hazards and report any issues to the Property Manager.
Assists in maintaining inventory and proper storage of custodial supplies and equipment.
Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrate proper safety techniques and procedures.
Exhibit enthusiasm and a sense of urgency while performing daily tasks.
Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Possess physical stamina to work continuously on repetitive tasks while standing, walking, moving, lifting up to 50lbs, and other manual labor tasks.
Represent Eagle Management in a professional manner at all times.
EXPERIENCE:
Must be 18 years or older.
Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
