About the Role:
This role is at the center of our operations. You will own the lifecycle of all IT equipment across our workforce, making sure employees across the U.S. receive the tools they need to succeed from day one.
You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, track assets, and ensure equipment is returned, reset, and redeployed efficiently. You will also support our HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly. What You’ll Do:
- Equipment & Logistics (Primary Focus)
- Manage inventory and tracking of laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Coordinate shipping and receiving for employees across the U.S.
- Package, ship, and track equipment deliveries and returns
- Inspect, clean, reset, and prepare devices for reuse
- Maintain accurate records of assets, assignments, and movement
- Monitor inventory levels and support planning for new equipment
- Partner with HR and recruiting to support onboarding and offboarding
- HR & Office Support (Secondary)
- Support onboarding processes and employee record updates
- Respond to employee requests and provide timely support
- Help manage office supplies, shipments, and general operations
- Assist with meetings, events, and basic office coordination
- Support small operational tasks like gifts and internal requests
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, operations, IT support, or similar
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work onsite
- Reliable transportation
Type: Fulltime (40 hours/week)
Location: Hybrid schedule, Campbell, CA
Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST with flexibility for after-hours work if required
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (DOE)
