Inventory Clerk (Warehouse / Manufacturing)
Onsite | North County
$20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Full-Time | Monday – Friday (40 hours)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to support warehouse and shipping operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting shipments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do
- Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment as needed
- Organize and maintain storage areas using 5S principles
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
- Track and manage inventory across multiple storage locations
- Package parts and materials for outgoing shipments
- Process shipments using carriers such as UPS and FedEx
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensure all receiving activities are completed daily
- Support general warehouse and inventory operations
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- At least 1 year of inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Preferred (not required):
- Experience with inventory systems
- Knowledge of 5S or lean manufacturing principles
- Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
