Position Summary
The Physical Security & Network install technician is a technical role working on security, network and DAS projects from start to completion and supporting them post-handover.
This role will be responsible for new system installations, and existing system troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and system programming for customers in the physical security systems and Wireless space. This role is a blend of onsite work, and may require after-hours, on-call availability and occasional travel.

Position Responsibilities:
Security system new installs, service, maintenance and proper integration of security systems.
Assisting with planning and managing changes to established Security and Information Technology standards during upgrades and maintenance windows
Providing testing of new security technology system installations prior to final acceptance
Panel and system pre-build out, staging, and testing
Access control wiring, and hardware install, inclusive of device, hard lock sets and electric strike cut-ins
Onsite security panel wiring and installation
Providing training to employees regarding security systems as needed
*Installation of backbone infrastructure and cabling, cctv, access control, intrusion and network hardware when/ if required
Travel requirements
Local travel required
Some interstate travel required

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
