What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales/Customer Service position at Confidential?
Wellington commercial hardware manufacturer is interviewing for the position of Customer Service/Sales team member. Candidates must be computer literate, have a working knowledge of MS Office suite and be detail oriented. The position will consist of assisting customers with product information and trouble shooting, receiving customer purchase orders, shipping information and sales order entry. Team member will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Production and Warehouse Managers. We offer a competitive wage and after a brief probationary period, company paid medical/dental coverage, 401k and more.
