HYDRO EXCAVATION DIVISION MANAGER
Patriot Construction & Industrial is seeking an experienced, motivated Hydro Excavation Division Manager to lead, manage, and grow our Hydro Excavation Division.
This is a key leadership position for someone who understands the hydro excavation industry, knows how to build and lead strong teams, and can drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily hydro excavation operations
- Manage the division’s P&L, budgets, job costs, and profitability
- Report directly to the CEO
- Recruit, develop, and lead field personnel
- Manage equipment utilization and operational resources
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
- Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and performance standards are consistently met
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the division and expand its customer base
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in hydro excavation, vacuum excavation, or a related industry
- Demonstrated leadership and operational management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management, job costing, budgeting, and profitability
- Experience managing crews, equipment, and multiple projects
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Safety-first mindset
- Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
